Instructor led training (ILT) can include classroom instruction or web conferencing in a synchronous setting.
Pros: ILT is delivered by a live instructor, with the ability to communicate directly with learners.
Cons: Instructors may not deliver the same message, so overall students may not get the same message – class to class. This can be an issue if you are attempting to provide a certification course.
